Eight Sleep is the leading brand in active in-bed climate control. At $2,999 for a queen at MSRP, and a subscription fee required to access all features, the Pod 5 smart mattress cover (the upgraded of the Eight Sleep Pod 4 our team reviewed) is not cheap. But there's $250 off in Eight Sleep sales this 4th July and new customers can unlock up to $600 off if you sign up to promotional emails. Luckily you don't need the subscription for manual temperature control (meaning you can fine tune the temperature of each side of the bed between 55°F and 110°F through the mobile app) but for sleep tracking and automatic temperature adjustments through the night, you'll have to pay at least $17 a month. Featuring NASA-developed foams, Tempur-Pedic beds are scientifically designed to bring sleepers ultimate comfort, and the brand's smart mattress, the Tempur-ActiveBreeze Smart Bed, takes that to a whole new dimension. The bed's ActiveAir Technology allows you to cool down (or heat up) your side of the bed by 30°F. This 4th July, you can save up to $1,000 (the discount applied to a split Cal king) in Tempur-Pedic mattress sales. After $500 off, a queen size is down to $9,898 from $10,398; it's "expensive but worth the money," according to customers. Plus you get a $300 gift to spend at Tempur-Pedic (free Luxe Egyptian Cotton Sheets? Yes please), an adjustable smart base allowing you to raise the head or foot, and white glove delivery included meaning you needn't worry about setting up this tech-packed bed in your bedroom; the couriers will do it for you. You may have heard the news that Sleep Number has filed for bankruptcy, but as Sleep Country Canada is set to acquire the brand, it's still safe to buy a Sleep Number smart mattress. If keeping cool is the top of your sleep priority list, the Sleep Number Climate360 is a great shout. Like the Tempur-ActiveBreeze above, you can quickly adjust the temperature of the Climate360 by 30°F, but the Sleep Number mattress also offers adjustable firmness alongside heat and foot raises. This makes it a great pick for couples with different sleep positions and body types who can't agree on a mattress firmness level. View Deal

Warning: you need to act fast on this one. It's a while stocks last kind of deal as the original Chilipad has been replaced by the Chilipad 2.0.
