New on Tubi in July 2026 — all the movies and shows to watch

The days are long, the AC's working overtime, and there's finally nothing stopping you from vegging out on the couch with a bunch of new movies. And there's nothing better than having tons of free movies to watch. If you're a Tubi fan, you already know this, but if not, let us put you on. Tubi has a whole new slate of movies and shows this July to devour as summer rolls on, and it's time to dive in.

Kicking things off for the month is "Summer's Last Resort" on July 3, where a vacation turns into a nightmare. A buttoned-up teen discovers that her easygoing mom's new boyfriend is also her vice principal, so she sets out to sink the romance before the trip is over.

If you'd rather your July come with a chill down your spine, Tubi has that covered too. "The One Next Door" debuts on July 10 and drops a charming stranger onto a quiet street, where his arrival slowly turns couple Robert and Tabitha's seemingly normal life into a veritable minefield.

Then "I Know Where You Live" hits on July 24, and it follows a woman named Sarah as her promising new romance devolves into madness. The man she's been trying to leave has actually been watching her from inside her own home. Totally not terrifying and creepy.

'Summer's Last Resort'

An uptight teen's dream getaway curdles the second she realizes her laid-back mom's new boyfriend is also her vice principal. Absolutely mortified and motivated to sink this island trip, she launches a secret plan to torpedo the romance before the trip is over. Except she ends up watching it backfire and go not at all the way she planned it. That's what usually happens when you stand in the way of love, but her vice principal? Her MOM? Ew!

Robert and Tabitha think they've got their life on their relatively quiet street all figured out. That is, until a charming stranger moves in next door. As the new arrival attempts to get close to them and wedges himself deeper into their lives, the couple discovers the danger next door is far closer than they ever imagined. How far will he go to insinuate himself into their world?
