Miss Prime Day? All the last-minute Best Buy TechFest deals I recommend
Image: tomsguide.com

Prime Day is summer's biggest retail holiday, but if you missed out on Amazon's 4-day deals-a-thon, the Best Buy TechFest sale is still underway. However, there's a catch. Today is your last day to score deals at Best Buy as the retailer's sale ends at midnight.

That's where I can help. I've been covering retail sale for over a decade and since Best Buy is usually one of my go-to stores for deals, I can show you all the deals that matter. In my opinion, Best Buy usually trumps Amazon when it comes to TV and laptop deals. With back to school season underway, you can get laptops on sale from $159 at Best Buy. Below I've picked out all of my favorite Best Buy TechFest deals.

Quick Links

My favorite deals

The Stilosa is De'Longhi's most affordable espresso machine. My colleague Erin Bashford, an ex-barista, gave it a lovely 4 stars in her review, and although it looks pretty plastic, it actually makes a mean cup. The model's Panarello steam wand may not be versatile enough to impress you if you're after Instagrammable latte art, though.View Deal

Laptop sale: from $159 @ Best Buy
Back to school season is underway and Best Buy has some of the best laptop deals I've seen this month. You can get Chromebooks from $159 or Windows machines from $339. With RAM prices spiking, this is a great opportunity to score a new laptop on the cheap.View Deal

The Shark NV360 is a powerful, bagless, upright vacuum that can quickly deep clean carpets and hardwood floors with ease. It comes with a large, 0.9-quart capacity cup to capture debris, which can be easily removed to empty. Best of all, this 2-in-1 upright vacuum cleaner comes with a lift-away function to transform it from an upright into a handheld to tackle those quick clean-ups.View Deal

The Slushi has a 88oz capacity that can make up to 7+drinks in one serving, making it ideal for hosting anytime of year. It's a relatively new release from Ninja, so this $150 discount is surprisingly generous. View Deal

The Lenovo Legion Go S 8 is the first non-Valve handheld utilizing SteamOS. As such, it's an easier machine to use than a Windows 11 handheld. This premium model has an 8-inch 120Hz display, 32GB of RAM, 1TB of storage and an AMD Ryzen Z1 Extreme chip.View Deal

TVs

The TCL QM5K is a Best Buy exclusive. It packs built-in Google TV features for all of your streaming needs, plus Dolby Vision support. Its handiest feature is its Mini-LED backlighting, which is tough to find at this price point. I recommend going with the QM5K over a super-cheap TV from a brand like Insignia or Onn.View Deal

Hisense's entry-level Mini-LED TV is one of the most affordable ways to secure a 55-inch TV with Mini-LED backlighting this week at Best Buy's Tech Fest sale. In addition to its Mini-LEDs, the U6SF also comes with Fire TV streaming software and full-array local dimming for improved contrast.View Deal

Looking for an incredible OLED picture without the high price? The LG B5 is the perfect companion. It's not as bright as higher-end OLED TVs, but you still get to bask in the glory of OLED display technology. Perfect black levels and ultra-wide viewing angles will make everything, from movies to sports, look fantastic. Dedicated gamers will appreciate the B5's array of sought-after features, which includes four HDMI 2.1 inputs, support for 4K gaming at 120Hz, VRR, and FreeSync. The last time it was this cheap was Black Friday.View Deal

The QM5K has built-in Google TV features for all of your streaming needs, plus Dolby Vision support. Its handiest feature is its Mini-LED backlighting, which is difficult to find at this price point. View Deal

This sale price on Samsung's latest mid-range Mini-LED TV won't last the entirety of Best Buy's Tech Fest sale, so if you're interested, I recommend jumping on it fast. While not as impressive as a higher-end, Samsung-branded Neo QLED model, the M80H offers Mini-LED performance and plenty of features for the price.View Deal

The LG C5 is one of our favorite TVs ever made. In our LG C5 review, we awarded this OLED TV with a rare 5-star rating for its sensational performance, its class-leading selection of features (especially for gamers) and its approachable price point. The C5 delivers all of the benefits we've come to expect from OLED displays, but its design, software and overall experience are the result of LG's excellent engineering.View Deal

Laptops

The Acer Aspire Go 15 made our list of the best laptops as the best value pick, and it's even better value now that it's on sale. You get a roomy 15.6-inch display, 10 hours of battery life and plenty of ports. We also like its comfortable keyboard, and its AMD Ryzen 7-7730U processor, which although showing its age, is still enough to handle everyday tasks. View Deal

Simply put, this is one of the best 2-in-1 laptops you can buy! We gave the smaller version of this device an excellent 4-star rating in our Acer Chromebook Spin 514 review, because it performs well in pretty much every category — it runs fast, it has long battery life and it's got a gorgeous display. Sure, it's one of the more expensive Chromebooks out there, but at a discount it's a great buy. You get a 14-inch 1920 x 1200 (WUXGA) touchscreen display, Core Ultra 5-115U CPU, 8GB of RAM, and a 256GB UFS storage. View Deal

This Dell 15 laptop is a great, no-frills machine that's perfect for work and studies. Inside, it packs an Intel Core i7-1355U processor, 16GB of RAM, and a 512GB SSD. It also has a 15.6-inch 2K display, which will make everything appear nice and sharp. At $500 off, this is a nice laptop deal.View Deal

While the MacBook Neo now officially costs $100 more, Best Buy still has it for $599. This laptop sports a 13-inch Liquid Retina (2408 x 1506) display, an A18 Pro chipset, 8GB of RAM, a 256GB SSD, and a 1080p FaceTime HD camera. There's also the option to add TouchID and a 512GB SSD for a low price. The 2.7-pound laptop is available in Indigo, Blush, Citrus, and Silver. In our MacBook Neo review, we said no other laptop comes close to the Neo in terms of bang-for-your-buck value and performance.View Deal

The Lenovo Yoga 7i converts between laptop and tablet mode, with a 16-inch 2K display that can reach up to 300 nits of brightness. This model comes configured with an Intel Core Ultra 7 CPU, 16GB RAM and 1TB SSD. That should be more than enough power for multitasking and the 16-inch screen will make it a great option for your Netflix binges. View Deal

This HP Omen 16 with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5060 GPU is now one of the best value RTX 50-series gaming laptops I've seen, all thanks to today's price cut. It packs some powerful specs, too, with its AMD Ryzen 9 8940HX CPU, 32GB of DDR5 RAM and 1TB for storage. Throw in its 16-inch 2K (1920 x 1200) display with 144Hz refresh rate, and you're looking at an entry-level gaming laptop that packs a punch. View Deal

Save a $55 with this Best Buy TechFest air fryer deal. The Bella Pro Series air fryer sports a built-in touchscreen that allows for fast and intuitive use. Its stainless steel construction is highly durable, and this air fryer has a powerful 1700W heating system.View Deal

The Ninja Blast Max is capable of taking on any challenge you throw at it, including crushing ice and blitzing berries to make yummy smoothies. It comes with multiple blend settings to make sure your blender is using the right level of power for the task at hand, and the compact size means it’s a great option for anyone with a small kitchen. Living in a city apartment means having a good carpet cleaner is a must. I use this little green machine for basically every fabric item that can't go in the washer machine, like rugs, pillows, cushions and more. This is a great discount for the mini version of the portable stain removing vacuum. It removes spills and messes created by the whole family thanks to its clean water tank that has a 16 oz capacity. Plus, it comes with a 4-inch tough stain tool, HydroRinse self-cleaning hose tool, and trial size cleaning solution.View Deal

In my opinion, vacuuming is a hassle and a household chore I usually pass on. But I found that the Shark Messmaster makes the once pesky chore a total breeze. For the hardwoods in my apartment, this all-in-one vac has been a godsend. It can vacuum and mop at the same time to deep clean hard floors and refresh area rugs. It's powerful enough to quickly suck up dirt, debris, wet messes and stains to cover all your needs. It's also cordless, easy to charge and has a self-propelling mechanism so you don't have to actually push a heavy machine. View Deal

The De'Longhi Arte Evo is just $399 right now — a huge $300 off. This all-in-one bean-to-cup makes espresso, Americanos, cold brew in minutes, and has a built in smart-tamping system. Of course, the steam wand is powerful enough for barista-quality microfoam, too. View Deal

The Ninja Luxe Cafe Pro is a coffee machine that can do it all. Milk, espresso, cold brew, drip coffee — you name it, it can do it. This is a great machine for busy households with varying tastes. It'll stop arguments and please everyone; espresso lovers, drip addicts, or cold brew fans alike!View Deal

JBL's budget earbuds pack in a whole host of different features for a great price. First off, there's active noise canceling to keep distractions out. Then there's 10 hours of battery life in the buds, along with an extra 30 in the case. Finally, there's IP54 water- and dust-resistance to keep out the unwanted earbud-breaking substances. View Deal

Bose's mid-range ANC earbuds are excellent, packing in solid sound to go with their game-changing ANC. They're super comfortable too, with the fitting wings helping them stay in place no matter how much you move around. 8.5 hours of battery life is the best that Bose offers in any of its earbuds.View Deal

The Pro 2s are noise-canceling, water- and sweat-resistant, and even measure your heart rate. With the charging case, you get up to 45 hours of battery life, and they have a hook design to stay secure during workouts. View Deal

The Bose QuietComfort Headphones take the excellent noise canceling of their more expensive cousins, and pack it into a cheaper pair of headphones. They block out loads of noise, sound good, and they're super comfortable as well. We loved them in our 4-star Bose QuietComfort Headphones review.View Deal

The Sony WH-1000XM5 headphones are an excellent set of cans, and at $198, you're basically robbing Sony blind!
